He even made a special mini-crack pipe out of a bottle so it can get the maximum hit. But the kitten is starting to get really bad withdrawal symptoms. So The Music Slut posts a photo allegedly showing animal cruelty, - then offers a free track by Pete Docherty's band? Isn't this condoning his behaviour by encouraging people to listen to his music? Whether it is true or not, why not post a song by an artist that supports animal rights? I'm not an animal rights activist myself, but this sort of thing sickens me.
Secondly, we are asked "do we buy this story?" Personally speaking - YES! It was already reported some time ago that Pete Docherty was being investigated for animal cruelty, after his kitten was taken to the vets in a very poorly state. The vet's tests showed it had been given drugs which made it ill. The case has been passed to the RSPCA.
