Donna Summer Readies First New Album In 17 Years

Digital Spy reports: *Donna Summer is set to launch a chart comeback this summer. The singer will release Crayons, her first studio album in 17 years, on May 20th. "My dream is that when people hear the music it will remind them of their youth, their childhood and the joy and wonderment they felt exploring their first pack of crayons," Summer told Billboard. The album will feature collaborations with Greg Kurstin, who co-wrote Kylie Minogue's current single, 'Wow'. Summer released Mistaken Identity, her most recent studio album, in 1991. She scored nine top ten UK singles between 1976 & 1989, including the #1 hit, 'I Feel Love'.*
