well, I think that considering Blind Melon's reforming with a new singer, that could swing either way, but I'm definitely excited to see STP regroup.
STP is much bigger news. Blind Melon is great, but Shannon Hoon is unfortunately no longer with us, so it can't be a full reunion. Even if it could, STP was one of the most successful and talented bands of the 90's modern rock era.
I think you managed to find one of the least impressive versions of "Plush" ever. The well-known acoustic version which got a lot of radio play in the 90s comes from MTV's Headbangers' Ball:

That said, while their first album Core was impressive at the time, it was the albums that followed that were truly outstanding.
