Hrmph.
How bad is it that I just go, "Whateva!" at lists that don't include Patrick Wolf? Because that's what I've been doing for 2+ weeks.
I may be struck dead for saying this, but any list that doesn't include "Umbrella" in the Top 10 is not paying any attention. Regardless of whether it is universally loved or hated, that little ditty forced itself indelibly on the nation's collective consciousness (and language), and should be recognized as such.
