love morrissey but don't you guys think its kind of hypocritical for him to dismiss all of mainstream culture and music but then write a song about [or all people] paris hilton???
agreed but at the philly show he said that the tune was actually about the city and not the heiress, guess he fooled us all!
"whatever happens, i love you" is an old, old song. he just hadn't played it in a while.

"Whatever Happens, I Love You" is the b-side to the "Boxers" single way back when. It later showed up on "The World of Morrissey" compilation disc. Not new, but definitely one of his all-time best.
