New Liars Album Cover: Love It Or Hate It?
Liars' upcoming self-titled senior release will see the light of day in early August via Mute Records. If their earlier efforts are any indication, critical and fan response should be heavily mixed. However, before we judge the content within the LP, let's discuss the album art - love it or hate it? After listening to it for about a week, I love this album, but I hadn't seen the album art until now.
It is a pretty boring cover, but still fascinating in that it is odd, but mundane. I think it represents the album pretty well, but could still be more interesting.
It is forgettable, I guess.
i haven't heard the album yet (though i want to badly!) but i dig the cover. something about it feels a little Pearl Jam-ish, oddly enough.
