Hey Boston, I Have a Song I'd Like to Dedicate to You
I forgot to post this yesterday after hearing about the hysteria in Boston...Wednesday, the city of Boston was brought to a stand still by the Cartoon network and a few strategically placed Light Brights. I find this hilarious and a bit scary. Boston is now getting reprimanded by the federal government for not having an adequate strategy to deal with terrorist threats- the city was shut down for hours.
I also find the fact that New York Newsday's Michael Amon had the same exact thoughts as me when he wrote today's article, entitled: NYC ignores cartoon villain, Beantown shuts down. SUBTITLED: New York to Boston: Get over it, pretty amusing. Nice one Mikey.
Labels: cartoon network, ok go

omg jen i haven't heard that song in a hundred years!!!
thanks!
and yes, boston, get over yourself!
oh man, no kidding, i was trying to get to the airport when all that was goin down, traffic was rediculous, they had like 20 bomb squad cars at the base of an overpass blocking all traffic...and as if nearly missing my flight is reason enough to be pissed off, wtf do they need over 200 cops for to check out one box? im ashamed to say my tax dollars funded wednesdays idiocy.
anyways...good song. Id have to agree, the majority of Boston really does need to get over themselves.
