Flamboyant New York group SCISSOR SISTERS endured an uncomfortable night under the stars after arriving 24 hours early for their British festival appearance last weekend (09-10SEP06). The I DON'T FEEL LIKE DANCING stars were due to perform at the Isle of Wight's Bestival on Sunday (10SEP06) but surprised organisers by turning up a day early - even though accommodation hadn't been booked. The island's hotels were so over-subscribed the group were forced too inhabit a beach shack, but later enthused the temporary beds were more than adequate. A source says, "The promoter even had to give them his bedding as they arrived in an old minibus with nothing. "But they loved it so much they decided to stay there for the second night - they preferred being among the punters.
