Cold War Kids Disappoint Meg White, Interpol & Kate Moss
How you ask? By showing up just minutes before curfew to their gig last night!As the story goes, Meg White, Alex of Arctic Monkeys, Daniel of Interpol, Kelly Osbourne & Kate Moss were all in attendance to check out the buzz band's 'private gig' in London when the plug was literally PULLED on the set, just two songs in.
Rumor is that Cold War Kids arrived to the venue at 11:45, set up their equipment as fast as humanly possible, got on stage at 11:50 and were forced to end the show at midnight.

Let's hope the same doesn't happen here in NYC! The guys have 3 sold-out shows at Bowery Ballroom on tap for the beginning of April.

That's a bummer!! Wow but things happen even though they total suck.
I just started listening to them recently and I absolutely enjoy what I'm hearing!!!

What the article failed to mention was that the guys played a gig before the private gig and it didnt finish til late.
Why are btisih vbenues so backwards when it comes to live music and curfews. In NYC and LA you can go see bands play well into the night and you dont get people thrown out because of a curfew.
