I don't get it. The song seems so bright and cheerful, I'm not seeng how the video matches up. Jenny is stone-faced through the whole thing and the visual subject matter is pretty down - meanwhile the gospel trio is smiling and clapping and swaying along with the bouncy tune.
Then again, it's not like Rilo Kiley have really EVER had a video that related much to their songs, I guess...
WELL...if you listened to the lyrics you'd know that the song's about leaving a hopeless relationship...or abandoning someone at the altar, as the video conveys.
I think it fits perfectly.
better song, better video, though i agree that the video is a bit incongruous with the feel of the music.
