Nik also opened for Jason Lytle right after Grandaddy broke up and JL was on his "acoustic" tour (which really wasn't that acoustic at all, but it kicked ass, so why quibble). NF was selling CDs at the back of the club, but warned everyone that there might be some glitches on a couple of tracks, as JL had only called him a few days prior to tour and he had to burn everything from his computer at the last minute. Now THAT'S indie.
